Eyam additional text pages
The main aim of the map company has been the production of the map itself. However in the preparation of the map it was necessary to edit a lot of the information collected from people in the village. If you have not already obtained a copy of the map, then we urge you to consider it, we simply cannot show you how good it is here!

If you already have a copy of the map, then you will find some duplication, and there are a few contradictions where slightly different stories have found their way in! The origin of the name "Eyam" itself is one such case. We hope you will find many things to interest you in these pages.

At the end of each page is a link back to the top, the home page, and this site map.
